NO SINGING BOWLS- SEPTEMBER 12th

Due to my home being remodeled and a temporary relocation, I am putting on hold all evening gatherings until Fall. This includes the moonlodge, drumming and labyrinth gatherings. I will still hold the monthly singing bowl gathering, every second Sunday 11-12pm. Please RSVP for the singing bowl gathering- amberhunt@heartandharastudio.com or 218-587-9642. Womyns MoonLodge

Join Amber in these monthly gatherings that honor the cycles within womanhood and the healing wisdom of the MoonLodge. Traditionally, a moonlodge was a place where women could go during their menses, to share the wisdom of cycles with sisters who could honor and tend to the needs of each other in sacred compassion. In our modern times, Amber has expanded the invite to all womyn, inviting in the wisdom of all stages and ages of life.

Drumming

Second Fridays 6-7:30pm

Through the Sacred Sound of the Group Drum, learn how to expand your inner eye, return to the heart, and reveal and renew energies within. Amber is a Shamanic Practitioner and drums for self-healing , spiritual communication and insight. Rattles and Drums are encouraged to bring.

Labyrinth Walk

Last Friday

Come Anytime from 6-10pm

$5-10 Donation

Amber invites you to explore your inner labyrinth of human and spirit as you walk her labyrinth created within the studio. Amber provides sacred space for you to contemplate and renew your life. She also offers to companion you through sound with drums, song, or singing bowls. Please let Amber know if you'll need companioned support. The studio will be open, simply come in and enjoy a walk with yourself.

Singing Bowls

Second Sunday

11-12pm

Cost $15

Amber invites you to harmonize through the soothing and dynamic sounds of the singing bowls. The hour gathering consists of a 30-minute group sound exploration, 20 minute singing bowl meditation/activations guided by amber and 10 minute savasana with gong for radiant alignment. Cost is $15 per person.Please dress in comfortable warm clothes and if guided bring your own sound tools as well.

Transformational Fire Ceremony

I invite you to transform your Earth walk into a radiant dance through the power of fire and intention. Transform your past hurts unto present joys , finding inner peace and potency, igniting your life and light, thus igniting the world. Be engaged, be in your fullness and BE YOUR LIGHT!

Because of the deeply personal nature of transformation and trust, I request all intending participants to RSVP. Please only come if you are ready to ignite your light and be in your full radiance!

About Amber's Gatherings

A Message from Amber- I feel that we need opportunities to come together and explore our human experience, the experience of who we are, why we are, and what we see, feel and hear in way that might not come up in daily conversation. I offer sacred space to discuss our lives and explore the depths of our connection to the web of life, honoring the beautiful diversity of the unique sovereign beings that we are and the unique views that come with us, in the great infinite of life.

All ages are welcome, from young to well-seasoned. It is important to share the journey with our children, imparting the sacred wisdom of our work and spiritual insights. Please honor those that come with their young and I encourage you to see the intuitive way that children dance in the energy, just naturally. I am always inspired by children and share my spiritual explorations with my own. It's part of the cycle of life, young to old.
