Heart and Hara Studio

The Studio was created after 9 years of dreaming and planning of a space that was dedicated to the healing arts, a space that I could deepen my work in, a space that could be shared with others, both professionals and students/clients. The very nature of the Studio is about sacred relationship, understanding the inner and outer workings of self, hence the motto- "A Space to Learn, Grow and BE". I invite you to be yourself, to be radiant and wonderous, to discover and marvel at the very nature of your existence and all the layers of story and wisdom that you embody. I honor the divine, thehuman, the beyond within all and would love to have your company along the way, be it in a class, a session, a conversation. The Journey Begins with One Breath.
