Amanda Longie No Longer at the Studio

Effective January 19th, 2010, Amanda Longie is no longer offering massage at Heart and Hara Studio. Amanda was an independent contractor so if you have questions about her work or her schedule, please contact her at 612-998-0376.
We wish Amanda all the best as she pursues her talents in the Brainerd area.

Amber's Upcoming Pause
I will be on leave April and May. I will not take any session requests after March. My last yoga classes before my leave will be Tues. Mar 30th, Wed. Mar 31st, Thurs. Mar 25th, and Sat. Mar 27th. Kara and Quinn will be subbing select Saturday classes 9-10:15am (schedule of sub dates is listed on the YOGA page). All pre-paid class packages that don't expire before my leave will be honored in forthcoming classes including Saturday classes with Kara or Quinn. Many thanks to all my students and clients and I look forward to coming back in June with a new schedule and new offerings. I will still reply to emails and keep updating the website and facebook so stay in touch!
