Mandala Meditation with Amber Hunt We meet monthly on the first Wednesday Starting Wednesday July 9th 7-8pm $8/session Supplies Included Explore your world within by creating a Mandala as a tool for self-discovery.
A Mandala is an image that guides the eye and mind inward to the center, a visual labyrinth, helping to bring you into your core, into emotions and insights that might be overlooked or ignored. Each month I invite you to explore a specific situation in your life by creating a personal mandala and through meditation you can begin to see "the bigger picture" within. No previous experience with meditation or art necessary, and you can join in at any time.
